Board-Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Yvette Lux, APRN
Yvette is an adult gerontology acute care practitioner specializing in treating people with acute and chronic disease. She is Board-Certified through the American Academy of Critical Care in both Kansas and Missouri. She received her Masters degree from Walden University in 2015, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Saint Mary’s in 2002. She believes in treating her patients with a holistic approach for their overall wellbeing and optimal function.
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Emily Jaynes, APRN
Emily Jaynes is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, and electrophysiology. She specializes in acute care management for both pediatric and adult populations, including diagnostic procedures, suturing, and wound care.
Medical Director
Richard Rivero, MD
Board-Certified: Internal Medicine, American Board of Medicine (ABIM). Dr. Rivero is a Board-Certified internal medicine physician and Medical Director for Vitality Healing Center. He provides physician oversight for our clinical team and helps ensure every treatment plan is safe, appropriate and patient-centered.

Rachael is a Board-Certified nurse practitioner and the Chief Executive Officer of Vitality Healing Center. With over a decade of experience caring for adults living with chronic conditions, she leads Vitality's operations, quality and growth. Her goal is simple: ensure every patient feels heard, informed and supported from the first call forward.

Jill helps keep the Vitality experience welcoming, organized, and straightforward from a patient’s first visit forward.

Maria helps patients feel prepared and supported as they navigate scheduling, visits, and practical details.
